On this week's show we discuss Las Vegas hitting an all-time record for passengers coming into Harry Reid International Airport. Will it ever slow down? Plus Blackstone has sold its share in MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay. Does VICI Properties own too much of the Strip? We also discuss the new Mt. Charleston Lodge and some of the craziest fees in Vegas.
In the second part we dive deep into all of the new info released about the transition of Mirage to Hard Rock Las Vegas. We learned that Hard Rock will essentially gut Mirage while doubling the casino space, adding over 600 rooms and building two entirely new pool areas. The property will also be extended out to the Strip meaning this is a massive top to bottom change.
